Opening a storybook will use additional storage for its data. To manage this, you can activate 'Storage Management' in the Settings to automatically clear up space and keep the app running smoothly.
You can adjust the volume from "Home > Settings > Volume Settings" or "Reading Screen > Menu > Volume Settings".
Please use the 'Restore Purchase' button within the app.
Navigate to: “App Launch > Home Screen > Parent Menu > Purchases > Restore Purchase”.
Note: A 'Store Account' refers to the Google Play Store or App Store account used to install the app. Please ensure you are logged into the correct account if you manage multiple IDs.
A warning pop-up will appear if you try to purchase again with the same account, so you will not be charged twice for duplicate purchases.
An anonymous in-app account is issued only when purchasing a picture book or making an inquiry, but
we do not acquire contact or personal information at that time. Email addresses are used strictly for replying to inquiries.
It is designed to switch only the text within the picture book, not the entire app.
